Space for some of the Seminars is limited and sells out a month or more in advance, so get your registration in early. Attendees are responsible for their own hotel accommodations. We have tried to negotiate discounted rates with the hotels. Please specify “CTC Hazmat Seminar” when making hotel reservations. (The guest room block usually expires 30 days prior to the event.)
Please arrive 30 minutes early on the first day for registration. Classes do not end before 5:00pm each day. Please DO NOT book any departing flights prior to 7:00pm.
You don’t need to bring anything, however a calculator is strongly recommended. You may also wish to bring your CGA pamphlets and CFR book if you want to follow along and highlight/underline your books.
