This is a 2-step procedure. 1. After submitting ALL of your registrations using the form (you MUST press the <SUBMIT> button for each registration), then; 2. For credit card payments, click on the appropriate "Buy Now" payment button below the form. (Please include seminar location and last name of attendee in "Description" field of payment form.)
You should see a red "Success" message below the registration form after each registration is successfully submitted. For multiple registrations, all the information on the form remains after you press <SUBMIT>, so all you have to do is change the First and Last name fields, then press <SUBMIT> again.

Classes begin at 8:00am and end at 5:00pm both days. Please arrive at 7:30am on the first day for registration. Please do not book any departing flights prior to 7:00pm.
A calculator is strongly recommended. You may also wish to bring your CGA pamphlets and CFR book if you want to follow along and highlight/underline your books.
Cancellations will be refunded up to 30 days prior to the seminar date (less a $25 administration fee). Unfortunately, fees cannot be refunded thereafter. Attendance can be rescheduled to another seminar at no charge up to 2 weeks prior to the seminar date. Rescheduling within 7 to 14 days of the seminar date will require a $25 fee. Rescheduling within 7 days of the seminar date will result in a $50 fee.
