Renewed
These Special Permits have renewed and are ready for download. Go to the PHMSA Special Permit page and enter the number to download:
Pending Renewal - OK to use
These Special Permits are still pending renewal, but are OK to use, since they submitted their request for renewal at least 60 before expiration (See section 107.109(b)):
